Honey corn hominy. Served with tortillas. birria tacos (3) Tacos filled with birria beef, cheese, onions and cilantro. Served with birria broth to dip your tacos in.

JUMBO QUESADILLA
Flour tortilla, filled with Monterrey Jack cheese and beef or chicken fajita. Served with guacamole, sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes.

CRAZY QUESADILLA
Tortilla filled with melted Monterrey and American cheese, your choice of beef or chicken fajitas. Served with charro beans, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce and pico de gallo.

BIRRIA TORTA
Served with birria broth to dip your torta in.

CHILE RELLENO
Poblano pepper stuffed with ground beef, topped with ranchero sauce, Monterrey Jack cheese. Served with beans, rice, fresh guacamole and tortillas.
